Terms of Service

These terms are between you and [legal entity name] ("Minnie", "we"). By creating an account or using the Minnie app, website or service, you agree to them.

You need an account to use the app. Keep your sign-in secure and tell us if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Basic is free. Pro and Teams are paid monthly, per user, at the prices shown on the pricing page, plus any taxes that apply.

Paid plans renew each month until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe.

You can cancel at any time from Billing in your account. Your paid plan stays on until the end of the period you have paid for, then moves to Basic. [Refund terms, for review.]

Do not use Minnie to break the law, to record people where that needs their consent and you do not have it, to harm others, or to overload, probe or reverse engineer the service.

Some features let Minnie act on your Mac. You decide which actions to allow, and you are responsible for the actions you approve.

What you say and write with Minnie is yours. You give us only the permission we need to process your commands and run the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Minnie app on Macs signed in to your account, while your account is in good standing.

We keep improving Minnie and may change or remove features. We aim to keep the service available but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error free.

You can stop using Minnie and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
