Who we are
Minnie is a voice app for the Mac, offered by [legal entity name] ("Minnie", "we"). This policy covers the Minnie app, this website and Minnie's online service.
What stays on your Mac
Audio from dictation and meetings is transcribed on your Mac and is not uploaded to us.
Your dictated text, your History, your meeting transcripts, snippets and dictionary are stored on your Mac. We do not receive them.
What we collect
Account details from the sign-in provider you choose: your name, email address and profile picture.
Your plan, billing status and the Macs you have signed in on.
The words of the commands you give Minnie, so a model can pick the action, and a count of commands for your plan's limits.
Basic technical logs from this website and our service, such as IP address, browser and error reports.
How we use it
To run your account, keep you signed in, apply your plan, take payment, answer your commands and keep the service secure.
We do not sell your information and we do not train models on your words, your History or your meetings.
Who we share it with
Service providers that run parts of Minnie for us: sign-in, payments, hosting, our database and the model provider that answers commands. They may only use your information to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it
Account information is kept while your account is open and deleted within [period] after you ask us to delete it, except where we must keep records by law (for example, tax records of payments).
Command text is kept only as long as needed to answer the command and for [period] of abuse and error logs.
Your choices and rights
You can see and update your account details, sign out any Mac and ask us to delete your account from your account page.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or move your information, and to complain to a privacy regulator.
Children
Minnie is not meant for children under [age], and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update this page and, for material changes, tell you in the app or by email before the change takes effect.
